Welcome to Siguan AI (operated by Siguan Media Information Technology Pte. Ltd., “Siguan AI”, “we”). These Terms are the legal agreement between you (“you”, the user) and us. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
This is the English-language version, intended for overseas families subscribing in US$ via Antom (Ant International). A Chinese-language version with mainland-China pricing (¥, WeChat / Alipay) lives at /legal/terms; the two describe the same product family under one company, with the pricing and payment paths localized for each market.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all Siguan AI products and surfaces, including:
- siguanai.com — our parent marketing site;
- AEIS AI — at aeis.ai (mainland-China surface, ¥) and en.aeis.ai (overseas surface, US$);
- Future products — PSLE AI, O-Level AI, A-Level AI and Apply AI for families already in Singapore (SGD pricing);
- Free resources (the AEIS prep guide, blog, parent community).
2. Account & eligibility
- An active email address is required to create an account;
- The account must be registered and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18+; minors should not register independently;
- You are responsible for activity under your account — keep your login credentials safe and do not share, transfer or rent the account out;
- Each family account supports up to 3 children (sibling sharing). Multi-family use of one account is not permitted.
3. Subscription & payment
3.1 Pricing (overseas families)
Pricing on en.aeis.ai is in US$ and processed by Antom (Ant International). Antom may present a local-currency equivalent at checkout based on your billing country; the US$ price is the contractual baseline.
- Free trial: 3 days of Pro with every feature unlocked, no card required, no auto-charge at the end of the trial.
- Pro Monthly: US$29 / 30 days;
- Pro Annual: US$249 / 365 days (list US$348, save ~28%, ~US$20.75/mo average).
Mainland-China families on aeis.ai are served the ¥ line (¥99/mo, ¥699/yr) via WeChat / Alipay — see the Chinese terms for that path. Future Singapore-local PSLE / O-Level / A-Level products will use SGD pricing when they launch.
3.2 Renewal & cancellation
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically by default;
- You can cancel at any time in your subscription settings — no further charges, and you keep access through the end of the current period;
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; existing subscribers may keep the old price through the end of the current term during the notice window.
3.3 Cancellation & no-refund policy
- Payment activates the service immediately and is final — we do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused time, partial use of a billing period, or dissatisfaction with the AI output;
- You may cancel at any time in your subscription settings — no further charges, and you keep access through the end of the current period;
- We strongly recommend using the 3-day Pro free trial before paying — the trial unlocks every feature, requires no card and does not auto-charge. That is the intended way to confirm fit, and the reason we offer no refund window after a paid plan begins;
- For genuine mistakes (duplicate charge, paid but used no Pro feature within 24 hours of purchase), email [email protected] — we review usage logs and process goodwill refunds case by case;
- If we permanently retire the service so that paid features become unavailable, we refund the unused portion pro-rata — see §8.
4. AI disclaimer
Marking, explanations and study advice produced by Siguan AI are generated by AI models. We work hard to improve quality but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
- AI output is for study assistance only and is not a guarantee of any exam outcome;
- For major decisions (school choice, exam registration) please combine our output with advice from the school, the relevant authority and qualified teachers;
- Errors can be flagged in one tap from the marking screen — we read every report.
5. Acceptable use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Upload content that breaks applicable law, is pornographic, violent or infringes someone else’s rights;
- Abuse the service (scripted bulk submission, attempts to bypass rate limits);
- Reverse-engineer, scrape our question bank or AI output for commercial use;
- Impersonate another person or submit false information;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service (DDoS, injection, etc.).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate any of the above; amounts already paid are not refunded in that case.
6. Intellectual property
- The question bank, AI system, site design and brand marks belong to Siguan AI;
- Compositions, answers and other content submitted by your child remain the property of your family; we use them only as needed to provide the service;
- Without written permission, our content may not be used for commercial publication or by third-party training providers.
7. Trademarks & third-party disclaimer
- “AEIS” (Admissions Exercise for International Students), “PSLE” (Primary School Leaving Examination), “GCE O-Level” and “GCE A-Level” and related marks are exam names owned by the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (“SEAB”) and/or the Singapore Ministry of Education (“MOE”);
- Siguan AI is an independent third-party exam-prep service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by or recommended by SEAB, MOE or any official education authority;
- Our question bank, explanations and mock papers are authored by us or adapted from publicly available past papers; they do not represent official exam content or marking standards;
- We do not provide exam registration agency, official advisory or admissions services — for official information please contact SEAB / MOE or your school directly;
- Our use of these exam names is limited to nominative fair use — identifying which exams our service helps you prepare for — and does not assert any claim to the underlying trademarks.
8. Availability & changes
- We aim for high availability but do not promise 100% uptime — planned maintenance and third-party failures may cause brief interruptions;
- We may modify, pause or retire a product feature after reasonable notice;
- If an entire product is retired, we give 60 days advance notice and refund the unused portion pro-rata.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Siguan AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service (including but not limited to exam results, admission outcomes, lost profit). Our cumulative liability is capped at the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
10. Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore;
- Disputes are resolved first through good-faith negotiation;
- If negotiation fails, disputes are submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules in force at the time.
- Special terms for mainland-China consumers are set out in §11, which prevail over this section.
11. Mainland-China consumer special terms
If you are a consumer located in mainland China and use the service via aeis.ai, our WeChat official account, or a ¥ RMB payment channel, the following terms prevail over the preceding sections:
- 11.1 Governing law & jurisdiction — notwithstanding §10, disputes arising from a consumer contract between a mainland-China consumer and this service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; you may bring a claim before the People’s Court at your place of residence, or jointly agree to submit it to an arbitration institution with jurisdiction;
- 11.2 Personal information — our handling of the personal information of minors within mainland China follows the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), including Article 31. Parents (legal guardians) may exercise the rights of access, copy, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent via [email protected]; if you object to a processing activity, you may also complain to the national cyberspace, industry-and-information-technology, or public-security authorities;
- 11.3 Cross-border data transfer — your personal information may be stored and processed in the AWS Singapore region; we carry out cross-border provision through the compliance routes set out in Chapter III of the PIPL. See the Privacy Policy for details.
12. Updates
Material changes to these Terms are announced by email and in-site notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the effective date.
