Anywhere with internet. Siguan AI is hosted in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) and serves families globally — Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, the Middle East, Europe, North America. No VPN needed.
Can I get phone support?
No phone support for now — we focus on in-depth email and in-app chat replies across time zones. Both average a reply within 24h, more reliable than a traditional hotline.
Can we meet in person?
We’re in Singapore. If you’re here too, email us to arrange a coffee — we welcome talking with parents face to face.
