How do I create a Siguan AI account?
Sign up at en.aeis.ai with your email — it takes about 30 seconds. After registering you can start the 3-day Pro free trial without a credit card.
How many children can share one account?
A free account supports 1 child learning profile. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual each support up to 3 children (sibling sharing) on a single family account.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap “Forgot password” and enter the email you registered with. We send a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
How do I change my email or close my account?
Email changes happen in account settings. To close an account and delete all data, email [email protected] — we action it within 7 days.

What does it cost?
For overseas families on en.aeis.*: Pro Monthly US$29/mo, Pro Annual US$249/yr (list US$348, save ~28%). Mainland-China families on aeis.ai are served the ¥ line (¥99/mo, ¥699/yr) via WeChat / Alipay. Future Singapore-local products (PSLE / O-Level / A-Level) will use SGD pricing (S$25-55/mo by level) when they launch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Overseas: credit / debit card via Antom (Ant International), which settles in multiple local currencies; the US$ price is the contractual baseline. Mainland-China: WeChat Pay, Alipay. Bank transfer for institutional partnerships only — email [email protected].
How do I cancel?
Subscription settings → Cancel. The whole flow takes under 30 seconds — no retention pop-ups. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Is my payment refundable?
Completed payments are final for the current subscription period — Siguan AI is a digital service and we do not refund for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction with the AI output. We strongly recommend the 3-day Pro free trial first to confirm fit; the trial unlocks every feature, needs no card and does not auto-charge. Paid users can cancel anytime — the next cycle won’t charge. For genuine mistakes (duplicate charges, paid but used no Pro feature within 24h of purchase), email [email protected] and we’ll review the usage log case by case.
Why is the price in my local currency, not US$?
Antom shows the equivalent in your billing country’s currency at checkout. The US$ price is the contract baseline; your bank statement may show a small FX rounding difference.

How accurate is the AI marking?
Our AI is trained against the AEIS marking rubric across four dimensions and continuously improved. Every marking screen has a one-tap feedback button — we read every report and iterate the prompts and rubrics on it.
Where can I use Siguan AI?
Anywhere with internet. We host in the AWS Singapore region (ap-southeast-1) and serve families globally — Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, the Middle East, Europe, North America. No VPN needed.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app is a responsive web app — phone, iPad and desktop all work. Native Android is available; iOS is on the roadmap.
Is my child’s learning data safe?
All data lives in AWS Singapore, TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest. Children’s compositions and answers are NOT used to train public AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Will Siguan AI tutor my child in English at the AEIS level?
Yes. AEIS English (P3-S3) is our core competence — past-paper bank, comprehension drills, vocabulary streak, and AI essay scoring against the AEIS English rubric. Maths is fully covered too (model drawing, heuristics, problem sums).

Can I see my child’s progress?
Yes. A parent report is generated weekly and emailed to you, with mistake book, progress curve and weak-area diagnosis. You can also open the parent dashboard at any time.
How do I join the parent community?
After your first reply on email or in-app chat, an assistant sends you the invite link. The community runs across time zones — expert Q&A on AEIS prep, Singapore school selection, relocation tips.
My child is still young — should we start now?
If you plan to attempt AEIS in the next 1-2 years, start now. The AI adapts difficulty to your child’s level, so even a 5-year-old can start the foundation track (vocabulary, listening, reading exposure).
We’re relocating to Singapore — what should we prep besides AEIS?
The parent community has month-by-month relocation playbooks (visa timing, MOE registration windows, housing near desired schools, after-school care). Drop into the community after your first email or in-app chat exchange.
