This Policy explains how Siguan AI (siguanai.com, aeis.ai, en.aeis.ai and related subdomains) uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. Our principle is simple: use as few as possible, and be transparent about the rest.

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser; they are read back on the next visit and used to remember login state, preferences, etc. Alongside cookies we may use localStorage and sessionStorage — functionally similar; this Policy refers to all of them as “browser storage”.

2.1 Strictly necessary (cannot be disabled)
- Session: login state, CSRF token, subscription state — turning these off breaks the product;
- Preferences: language, theme, font size — stored locally in your browser;
- Checkout flow: temporary state so a page refresh mid-checkout doesn’t lose your progress.
2.2 Analytics (can be disabled)
- Plausible Analytics — our usage measurement. Plausible does not use cookies, collects no personal identifiers, and does not track you across other sites. It records aggregate page views, sources and device categories.
2.3 What we do not use
- ❌ Ad-targeting pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads);
- ❌ Cross-site tracking cookies;
- ❌ Data-broker cookies.
We grow through organic search and word of mouth, not paid retargeting, so the tracking infrastructure simply isn’t needed.
3. Third-party cookies
When you interact with these third-party services, they may set cookies in your browser; those cookies are governed by each service’s own policy:
- Antom (payment processing on en.aeis.ai) — loaded only on the checkout page, used for fraud prevention;
- Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection) — sets anti-abuse security cookies on every request;
- Cloudinary (image CDN) — cache control only, no tracking cookies.
4. Managing cookies
- Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies in settings;
- Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break login, subscription and checkout;
- You can use your browser’s private / incognito mode to avoid any persistent cookies;
- Users in the EU/EEA, UK, California or other jurisdictions with cookie-consent requirements can adjust preferences via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (where applicable).
5. Updates
If we add a new cookie type or third-party processor, we update this Policy and notify active users by email for material changes.
